Our bodies are designed for movement but are often inhibited by our sedentary lifestyles, poor postural alignment,  muscle imbalances, and inadequate hydration and nutrition. These  factors can hinder our bodies from performing at its functional best. Choose 2 Move Fitness is dedicated to help you improve your movement efficiency. Short on time? Choose 2 Move  offers  30 minute virtual workout sessions.

Virtual Workouts are fully remote reducing the  need for masks or constant sanitizing. All workouts can be done from the comfort of your home. 

Affordable

Personal Training should be accessible. Our private workouts are catered to YOU and only cost $40 per half hour online session.

Our Results

Chelly is my life coach as I am 77 yrs. old and determined to stay vertically balanced to at least 106.   We began Zooming my class at the beginning of Covid-19. It has been an excellent decision to continue for us. We are active people. Zooming affords flexibility of workout locations.  
 

Chelly is easy to sync with on time, place, and energy. She is tech savvy enough to change from Zooming to FaceTiming if frequency gets jammed (esp due to weather).   Always encouraging, she keeps our scheduled time together filled with varied exercises complimenting my age, attention, and lifestyle.

Book Assessment

An assessment is needed to observe the clients still posture and the body in motion. This appointment is the basis to developing your program.
